The Victron Lynx Smart BMS 500 (M8) is a state-of-the-art battery management system (BMS) for Victron Lithium Smart batteries (LiFePO₄). It protects the battery system against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and overtemperature, ensuring maximum safety and battery life.

With a continuous current capacity of up to 500A, the Lynx Smart BMS 500 is perfect for demanding power applications in marine, off-grid, and industrial environments. The system is part of the modular Lynx DC distribution system and is equipped with M8 connectors for safe, low-loss power connections.

Thanks to integrated VE.Can bus and Bluetooth communication, the BMS can be easily integrated into Victron GX systems and monitored via the VictronConnect app. The BMS accurately measures voltage, current, and temperature, providing real-time data on battery performance and automatic shutdown in critical conditions.
