The Victron MultiPlus-II 24/5000/120-50 combines three essential components in one device:
a pure sine wave inverter, an intelligent battery charger, and an automatic AC transfer switch.
It is designed for demanding power applications such as off-grid systems, boats, motorhomes, and backup solutions, offering maximum reliability and efficiency.
With a continuous output of 5 kVA (approx. 4000 W), the MultiPlus-II delivers a stable 230 V sine wave voltage that safely powers even the most sensitive electronics.
The integrated charger with 120 A charging power ensures fast and precise battery charging thanks to adaptive, multi-stage charging technology that takes into account the state of charge and battery type.
The built-in 50 A AC transfer switch ensures seamless, uninterrupted switching (< 20 ms) between mains, generator, or battery operation.
This means that the power supply remains stable and reliable at all times, even during power failures.
With the PowerAssist and PowerControl functions, the MultiPlus-II intelligently adapts to the available mains or generator power, prevents overloads, and uses the battery to compensate for peak loads when necessary.
The integrated VE.Bus communication allows the device to be fully integrated into Victron systems for monitoring, control, and remote monitoring via GX devices or the VRM portal.
As part of the MultiPlus-II series, this model is also fully ESS (Energy Storage System) compatible and can be used in grid-parallel hybrid installations – ideal for modern solar and storage systems.
