The Victron Cyrix-Li-Load 12/24V-120A is an intelligent, microprocessor-controlled battery relay that automatically connects or disconnects batteries depending on their voltage status. As soon as one battery reaches the defined charging voltage value, both batteries are connected in parallel to optimize charging. If the voltage drops below the maintenance charging value, the relay automatically disconnects the batteries to prevent unwanted discharge.

This high-performance relay is an excellent alternative to conventional isolating diodes, as it causes virtually no voltage loss. This means that the output voltage of the generators and chargers remains unchanged, which increases the efficiency of the entire system. The Cyrix automatically detects whether it is operating in a 12V or 24V system and adjusts its switching behavior accordingly.

The Cyrix Li-Load 120A has been specially developed for use in lithium battery systems and can be connected directly to a BMS (Battery Management System). Its robust construction and high switching current make it ideal for mobile and stationary applications such as boats, motorhomes, off-grid systems, and photovoltaic systems.
